– The Keysight B2901C Precision Source/Measure Unit is a compact and cost-effective benchtop source/measure unit (SMU) with the ability to supply and measure both voltage and current. This makes the B2901C SMU ideal for a variety of IV (current/voltage) measurement tasks that require both high resolution and accuracy.
The B2901C SMU can deliver voltages up to ±210V, currents up to ±3A DC, and pulsed currents up to ±10.5A. With a precision minimum of 1 pA/1 uV sourcing and a measurement resolution of 10 fA/100 nV, a color LCD graphical user interface (GUI) and multiple task-based display modes, your productivity in testing, troubleshooting and characterization is improved.
The B2901C SMU offers superior measurement throughput and supports conventional SMU SCPI commands for easy test code migration. These features improve efficiency and reduce operating costs when integrating SMUs into systems for production testing.
