Digital Oscilloscope with 500 MHz bandwidth, 12-bit resolution, and 8 analog channels. Features a 10.1″ capacitive HD touchscreen (1280 x 800) for intuitive operation and clear waveform visualization. Sample rates up to 4 GSa/s, with a memory depth of 500 Mpts, enabling detailed signal capture and long acquisition sessions.

Supports serial triggering and decoding (RS232/UART, I²C, SPI, CAN, LIN, FlexRay, I2S, MIL-STD-1553), and delivers a waveform capture rate up to 1,000,000 signals per second in UltraAcquire mode. Analysis features include automatic measurements, FFT spectrum analysis, zoom and playback functions, and a low noise floor for high-precision small-signal measurement.
