– IT6153 Programmable Linear DC Power Supply 30V / 18A / 540W

The IT6100 series guarantees accurate measurements with 0.1 mV / 0.1 mA high resolution and high accuracy. With high-speed List mode it generates voltage waveforms to meet high-speed testing needs. The IT6100 series has a built-in 5½ digital voltmeter and milliohm meter, which can measure additional signals. The IT6100 series supports SCPI communication protocol, GPIB / USB / RS232 interfaces are optional and can be added with external adapters.
