Keysight MSOX2014A 100 MHz 4-Channel Mixed Signal Oscilloscope
The Keysight MSOX2014A is a 100 MHz 4-channel mixed signal oscilloscope (MSO) from the InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series. It gives you 100 MHz of analog bandwidth across 4 analog channels plus 8 integrated digital timing channels, at a sample rate of 2 GSa/s with 100 kpts of acquisition memory (upgradable to 1 Mpts).
Deep memory only helps if the scope stays responsive with it turned on, which is what Keysight’s MegaZoom IV technology is for: you can capture a long window and then zoom into a single glitch without the display slowing to a crawl or dropping the events in between. The 8 digital timing channels sit on the same timebase as the analog inputs, so a bus transaction and the analog edge that caused it appear on one screen.
