The Keysight N5166B CXG is an X-Series RF vector signal generator covering 9 kHz to 6 GHz with up to 120 MHz of RF modulation bandwidth and up to 512 MSa of baseband waveform memory.

The CXG is the essential-performance member of the X-Series family. It produces standard-compliant vector signals for manufacturing test without the price of the headroom a design lab needs, and it shares the X-Series command set, so test code written for an EXG or MXG carries across.
