The GW Instek PHU 80-510D is a 80 V, 510 A, 15,000 W programmable DC power supply of the PHU series – single-channel, autoranging (multi-range) high power DC sources that offer a wide range of voltage and current combinations.
SiC (silicon carbide) based circuitry gives the PHU series a high power density: up to 15 kW in a 3U, 19″ rack-mount chassis. Typical applications include photovoltaic systems, electric vehicles (EV) and automotive electronics.
AWS (Advanced Web Server) allows operation directly from a web browser, and APC (Adaptive Parallel Connection) lets up to 10 PHU units be paralleled to reach as much as 150 kW.
