Aim-TTi TGR6000 6 GHz RF Signal Generator (CW)

The Aim-TTi TGR6000 is a 10 MHz to 6 GHz CW RF signal generator with -110 to +7 dBm output, frequency and amplitude sweeps, and RS-232, USB, LAN and GPIB interfaces.
