– The Femto-/Picoammeter and Electrometer/High Resistance Meter of the B2980C-
Series from Keysight offer best in class measurements and functionality to maximize the certainty.
Femto-/Picoammeter and Electrometer offer a current resolution of at least 0,01 fA (10E-17 A) that covers most of the actual and future requirements.
The Electrometers include a 1000-V-Voltage Source with that Resistance Measurements up to 10 PΩ (10E16 Ω) are possible. The proven High Resistance Measurements Accessories from Keysight are supported by the Electrometers.
The Femto/Picoammeter and also the Electrometers are available as Battery Versions to eliminate the noise coming from the power line. This feature provides an unmatched level of noise reduction and low-level measurements that were previously impossible.
