Digital Oscilloscope with 1 GHz bandwidth, 12-bit resolution, and 4 analog channels. Features a 10.1″ HD capacitive touchscreen (1280 x 800) for intuitive operation and clear waveform visualization. Sample rates up to 4 GSa/s with a deep 500 Mpts memory depth, enabling detailed signal capture and extended acquisition times.

Supports serial triggering and decoding functions such as RS232/UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, I2S, and MIL-STD-1553, with waveform capture rates up to 1,000,000 signals per second in UltraAcquire mode. Analysis capabilities include automatic measurements, FFT spectrum analysis, zoom and playback functions, and a low noise floor for high-precision small-signal measurement.
