2kHz Precision LCR Meter

GW Instek introduces the brand new high-precision LCR meter – the LCR-6000 series, offering five models with a test frequency range of 2 kHz / 20 kHz / 100 kHz / 200 kHz / 300 kHz (maximum) and a basic accuracy of 0.05%. The compact design, 2U height and ½ rack, is one of the practical features of the series, which is ideal as a space-saving device for the table or system rack. The compact LCR-6000 series with its numerous features is an excellent tool for R&D, production testing, IQC, etc. in conducting all levels of passive component testing.
