The Rigol MHO954 Mixed-Signal Digital Oscilloscope offers 500 MHz analog bandwidth with 4 analog channels and optional 16 digital channels using a logic analyzer probe ” ideal for R&D, embedded systems, and advanced measurement tasks. It features 12-bit vertical resolution for enhanced signal fidelity and low noise, enabling precise signal observation. It delivers real-time sampling up to 4 GSa/s and a maximum memory depth of 100 Mpts (expandable up to 500 Mpts), allowing detailed signal acquisition even on complex waveforms. With waveform capture rates up to 1,000,000 wfms/s, transient events and anomalies are reliably captured.

Advanced analysis features include digital phosphor display with 256-level intensity grading, histogram and search/navigation functions, and support for protocol triggering/decoding (e.g., RS232/UART, I²C, SPI, CAN/LIN), along with optional function/arbitrary waveform generator support.
