The Rigol MHO5054 Mixed-Signal Digital Oscilloscope offers 500 MHz analog bandwidth, 4 analog channels, and optional 16 digital channels using a logic analyzer probe ” ideal for R&D, embedded systems, and complex design debugging. It delivers a real-time sample rate of up to 4 GSa/s with 12-bit vertical resolution and deep memory up to 500 Mpts, enabling detailed waveform capture and analysis.

The scope features a 10.1″ WXGA capacitive touchscreen (1280 x 800) with 256-level intensity grading for clear waveform visualization and intuitive operation. Advanced measurement functions include serial protocol triggering/decoding (RS232/UART, I²C, SPI, CAN/LIN, FlexRay, I2S, MIL-STD-1553), FFT, histogram, waveform search/navigation, and optional arbitrary/function generator (AFG) and Bode plot analysis.
